Executive Personal Concierge Pty Ltd is a boutique, client-focused organisation dedicated to providing exceptional personal and executive support.
We’re seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our Senior Concierge team on a casual basis. Shifts include weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

To provide high-quality personal care, social engagement and practical in-home support to clients, while maintaining EPC’s warm, professional standards.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver respectful, person-centred care in clients’ homes
• Assist with daily living, mobility, and medication administration
• Provide social companionship and transport to appointments
• Support with light household tasks and meal preparation

• Deliver personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, continence care
• Assist with mobility, transfers and exercise routines
• Administer medication in line with certification and client plans
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Transport clients to appointments, shopping and social outings
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks
• Maintain accurate records using EPC’s rostering and reporting systems
• Communicate promptly with clients, families and EPC management
• Observe and report changes in clients’ wellbeing or environment

Must-have

• Minimum 1 year in aged care, disability care or similar support
• Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certificates
• Current Police or NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain
• Full Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Four doses of COVID-19 vaccine
• Administering Medication Certificate
• Ability to work independently, manage time and maintain confidentiality
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Confidence using smartphones, MS Office, email and app-based rostering

Preferred

• Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care or Nursing
• Dementia care or mental health first aid training
